  1. MOBILE WELDING SERVICES shall at all times act with integrity in dealings with all students and members of the community.

  2. MOBILE WELDING SERVICES shall adopt policies and practices to ensure the quality of vocational education and training programs offered in accordance with:

    1. NSW Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board (VETAB) and Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) National Standards for Registered Training Organisations.
    2. Commonwealth/State legislation and regulatory requirements.
  3. MOBILE WELDING SERVICES is committed to access and equity principles and processes in the delivery of its services and working environment in accordance with Sex Discrimination Act 1984, Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Act 1986, Racial Discrimination Act 1975, and the NSW Anti-Discrimination Act and Disability Discrimination Act 1992.

  4. MOBILE WELDING SERVICES will ensure:

    1. the provision of adequate facilities in which to conduct training programs
    2. the employment of qualified staff and maintenance of staff training sufficient to deliver programs on an on-going basis
    3. the accuracy of any marketing and promotional advertising material
    4. compliance with an acceptable refund policy
    5. compliance with current statutory and common law Occupational Health & Safety and Duty of Care requirements
    6. the maintenance of adequate records and security of all current and archival records
    7. client access to their records upon request
    8. the maintenance and continual improvement of a Quality Assurance System.
  5. MOBILE WELDING SERVICES undertakes to maintain quality training and to uphold the highest ethical standards.

  6. MOBILE WELDING SERVICES undertakes to ensure that all employees, agents and representatives are familiar with and agree to comply with this code of ethics.

  7. MOBILE WELDING SERVICES shall refrain from associating with any enterprise, which could reasonably be regarded as acting in breach of this code of ethics.
