  1. Where:

    1. the student has paid all or part of the relevant course fee prior to commencing the course, and
    2. the student is unable to attend the course on the day designated for commencement, and
    3. the student notifies MOBILE WELDING SERVICES at least 2 business days prior to the course commencement date that he or she is unable to attend on the commencement date,

    MOBILE WELDING SERVICES will endeavour to place the student in the next available course if any such course is scheduled.

  2. If the student has complied with clause 1 and the student indicates in writing that he or she no longer wishes to undertake the course, or there is no further scheduled course in which the student can be placed, MOBILE WELDING SERVICES will refund any course fees paid in advance by the student, less any costs incurred by MOBILE WELDING SERVICES in purchasing course-related materials and consumables for the student where such costs cannot be reasonably recouped.

  3. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing.
